Our accessibility objective.

Nesta Realty aims to provide an accessible experience for people with disabilities. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the technical target for this website’s ongoing accessibility work.

This is an accessibility statement, not a certification of conformance. A complete independent audit, assistive-technology testing and desktop/mobile visual review have not yet been completed. Publishing this statement does not replace providing accessible services.

Using the website.

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. A visible focus indicator shows the current control.
• Use the “Skip to content” link to bypass the header. Headings and landmarks support screen-reader navigation.
• The menu and FAQ controls work from the keyboard. Escape closes the expanded mobile menu.
• Enter calculator values directly using labeled number fields; using the slider or a mouse is optional. Settled results and input errors have accessible announcements.
• Images have text alternatives, and meaningful illustrations have accessible descriptions.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls. The layout includes narrow-screen reflow rules.
• Reduced-motion preferences disable entrance, hover-movement and number-interpolation animations. Essential content is not dependent on animation.

Known limitations and review status.

The inquiry form uses Nesta-designed controls and submits to HubSpot. Its controls and submission flow have not yet completed manual assistive-technology testing. For assistance, use the email address or phone number below. Hosting/sign-in interfaces are supplied separately and have not been audited as part of the site’s source checks.

Manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow and mobile testing remain open. Source checks and contrast calculations help identify problems but cannot establish full accessibility or legal compliance.

Accessibility assistance should provide an effective alternative way to obtain the same information and services while a barrier is addressed. No specific response time is promised without an operational commitment from Nesta.

Ongoing improvements.

Accessibility review should continue when content, forms, integrations or navigation change. Feedback, manual testing and automated checks should be used together to identify and address barriers.
