Nesta Realty, Inc. operates this brokerage marketing website. California DRE #02439415. This policy covers this website, not all records or services involved in a real estate transaction.

The hosting platform processes technical information to operate and secure the website. Platform processing is distinct from the calculator and form behavior described below.

Information and its sources.

• Calculator entries: estimated sale price and comparison fee rate are processed in your browser. The application does not send these values to Nesta, a CRM or an analytics service.
• Inquiry information: when you submit the HubSpot form, Nesta receives the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, inquiry type and message. Optional fields may include property information or timing. HubSpot processes and stores submissions in Nesta’s CRM. This information comes directly from you and is used to respond, manage follow-up and maintain inquiry records. Your browser may retain autofill information under your settings.
• Technical and access information: delivering and securing a website may involve IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and sign-in/access information processed by hosting, delivery and authentication providers. Their exact logging, retention and access arrangements have not yet been verified for public launch.

If you email or call Nesta directly, the contact details and message content you provide are received through email or telephone services for handling your inquiry or request. Those communications may create records separate from the website form.

Do not enter financial account details, Social Security numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information in this website.

Use, recipients and retention.

The application uses calculator inputs only to display the requested illustration. Inquiry details are transmitted to HubSpot and available to authorized Nesta team members. Configured HubSpot notifications may also deliver inquiry information through company email services. We use these records to respond to requests and manage client relationships. Optional marketing choices, if offered, are separate from requesting assistance.

Hosting, delivery and authentication services may process technical/access information to deliver pages, control access, maintain security and diagnose problems. This notice does not claim those providers collect nothing. Provider-specific retention, access and disclosure practices must be confirmed before public launch.

Calculator entries are not retained by this application. Inquiry submissions are retained in HubSpot and may appear in email records. Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry, ongoing service needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations; a fixed retention period has not yet been established. Contact Nesta with a deletion or access request. Technical logs and account/access records may have different retention periods controlled by the relevant provider; those periods remain to be verified. No absolute security guarantee is made.

Cookies, tracking and privacy signals.

Your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage when you use the language toggle. It remembers English or Spanish across visits; it is not sent to HubSpot. You can change the language at any time or clear the preference by clearing this site’s browser storage.

Nesta has not added a standalone advertising pixel or analytics tracking code. On Contact and Sell pages, the embedded HubSpot form loads third-party resources. HubSpot may process IP addresses, browser information and cookies or similar technologies for form operation, security and spam prevention. Browser settings or blockers may affect the form. Fonts and images are served with the site. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology necessary for their own operation.

Do Not Track: the application does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; the embedded form’s processing is also subject to HubSpot’s configuration and practices.

Global Privacy Control: no application-level sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising occurs in this version, regardless of a GPC signal. This statement does not establish that every hosting or authentication provider has been audited.

For details about the form provider, see HubSpot’s Privacy Policy and HubSpot’s cookie information. A generic cookie banner is not used as a substitute for an accurate disclosure or a required opt-out mechanism.

Your choices and California rights.

You can use the calculator without providing contact information. You can clear values you enter, close the page and manage cookies and autofill through your browser. Submitting an inquiry is separate from any optional marketing subscription shown in the form. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link.

Depending on the law that applies, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct or delete personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. Exceptions and verification requirements may apply.

Nesta’s applicability under the CCPA, including its business-wide data practices and required request methods, remains under review. This website notice does not assert that Nesta is exempt, or that the company’s other systems never sell or share information.

Identify your request and provide enough information for us to respond; do not send sensitive identification documents in an initial email. For privacy requests, use the dedicated email address or phone number above rather than relying on an ordinary inquiry submission. Requests concerning platform account records may also need to be directed to the relevant platform provider.

Children and external services.

This real estate marketing website is intended for a general adult audience, not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information through the inquiry form.

If you follow an external link or use a separate sign-in service, that service’s own privacy information applies to its processing. Changes to analytics, scheduling, advertising or live listing services require review of this policy and applicable notices.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to collection or use will require appropriate notice and, where required, consent before the changed practice begins.
